We are excited and grateful to say that we have served Kent County residents for over 35 years with storage needs. We work hard every day in the office and outside in the dirt to offer wonderful customer service and provide clean and well maintained facilties. It has been a joy connecting with our local community over the years. Whether its a change in housing, marriage, or family we try to be helpful, relational, and be an encouragement to people in any season of life they may be entering into. Many residents have come back years later to use our services again or recommend us to a friend. In the past few years, we have added four new self storage buildings totaling 26,600 sq.ft. offering lots of 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, 10x30 and 10x40 sizes. In 2024 we constructed a large indoor RV building totaling 13,650 sq.ft. This building offers large big bay units up to 14’x45’ and 14’x65’ sizes with 14ft tall doors, which accommodates just about any size RV. We have lots of gated outdoor RV parking at this site. As the Rockford area continues to grow into the future, we already have approvals through Algoma Township to construct nine additional self storage buildings adding a total of 40,500 sq.ft. at this site.

In the last few years we completed construction on a 6,400 sq. ft. storage building offering large 10x40 storage units, a size our customers have been asking for. We also added a 10,000sq.ft. temperature controlled (heated and air conditioned) building for residential and business customers storing furniture, antiques, electronics, paintings, photos, pharmaceuticals, etc in a temperate environment.
East Location

We are currently growing at this location! In the summer of 2026 we opened two new self storage buildings totaling 14,000 sq. ft. These two new buildings offer lots of larger 10x20 and 10x30 size units. We also have approved plans through Cannon Township to construct a 11,340 sq. ft. indoor RV building for Boat, RV, and Car storage with 14ft tall doors. We plan to complete this RV building in 2027.

Our newest location! Opened in 2026, this site offers gated outdoor RV storage and an 4,900 sq.ft. indoor RV building with big units with 14ft tall doors. We already have approvals through Courtland Township for phase 2 which includes adding more outdoor gated RV parking and constructing another indoor 7,560 sq.ft. RV building.
